Why: only to answer your request and, if you book, to manage your stay and meet legal obligations (for example guest registration with the police and invoicing). Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and legal obligations.

How long: enquiries without a booking are deleted within 24 months; stay data is kept for the period required by law.

Who receives it: your data is never sold or passed to third parties. It is processed by us and by the technical providers (hosting and email) working on our behalf.

Cookies: this website uses no profiling cookies or tracking tools. Fonts and images are hosted on our own server.

Your rights: you can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data by writing to the email above, and you may complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
